When you join the founding waitlist, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, destination interest, source, and any optional trip details you submit. We may also collect basic technical information such as browser, device, logs, and page interaction data needed to operate and protect the site.

How We Use Information

We use your information to manage the waitlist, deliver the Tenerife phrase guide, send product updates, improve Passport content, prevent abuse, and prepare future paid Passport features. If paid products are offered, payment details will be handled by Stripe and not stored directly by us.

Host Voice Experiences

Passport may include voice interactions with hosts through ElevenLabs or similar providers. If you choose to interact with a host by voice, your voice, transcript, and interaction metadata may be processed by that provider to power the conversation, generate responses, improve reliability, and enforce safety rules. Do not share sensitive personal, financial, medical, legal, or emergency information in voice conversations.

Service Providers

We use trusted service providers to operate the platform, including Supabase for waitlist storage, Resend for email delivery, Vercel for hosting, Stripe for future payment processing, and ElevenLabs for host voice experiences. These providers process information according to their own terms, policies, and data protection practices.

Your Choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails when available, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your waitlist information. Some records may be retained where needed for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or operational logs.
